Выходной сигнал датчика представляет собой меандр переменной частоты, пропорциональной расходу, образованный открыванием и закрыванием ключа типа “сухой контакт”.
Выходной сигнал датчика импульсный, представленный периодическим изменением электрического сопротивления выходной цепи по ГОСТ 26.010-80:
- низкое сопротивление выходной цепи не более 200 Ом;
- высокое сопротивление выходной цепи не менее 50000 Ом;
- предельно допускаемый ток от 5 до 25 мА;
- предельно допускаемое напряжение на зажимах выходной цепи
при ее высоком сопротивлении 30 В. Выходная цепь датчика имеет гальваническую развязку от остальных цепей датчика, а также от его корпуса. Предельно допускаемое напряжение гальванической развязки 100 В.
Соединение датчика с вычислителем или с ИС осуществляется четырехжильным неэкранированным кабелем длиной до 300 м.
Потеря давления на датчике при расходе Qi не более 0,1(Qi/Qэmax) 2 МПа.

Датчик устойчив к воздействию вибрации с частотой от 5 до 57 Гц и амплитудой не более 0,15 мм, а также в диапазоне частот от 57 до 80 Гц при ускорении до 19,6 м/с2.

Датчик устойчив к воздействию моющих жидкостей, обеспечивающих удаление загрязнений нефтепродуктами, а также к потоку воды обратного направления.

Датчик сохраняет работоспособность после замерзания и последующего оттаивания воды в проточной части, а также при образовании "наледи" на наружных поверхностях.

Длина прямолинейного участка трубопровода на входе датчика не менее пяти условных проходов (далее – Dу), а на выходе – не менее трех Dу.

Устройство и работа датчика

Конструктивно датчик представляет собой моноблок (приложение А), состоящий из корпуса и электронного блока с размещенной на нем электронной схемой, расположенной на печатных платах и защищенной крышками.
